Your spa cover is an key factor in the health of your hot tub. A properly insulated spa cover will save you money on your energy costs and prolong the life of your spa. A spa cover that retains heat will save wear and tear on your control, heater, pump, and more.

Heat will escape through a poorly insulated or water saturated (ie. saggy) spa cover. Once a spa cover's foam has saturated with water, the R-Value dissipates, and there is no easy way to get the cover completely dry again. So, do yourself a favor, and buy a quality custom hot tub cover - and save yourself (and your spa) headache.

Aluminum C-channel supported foam cores (replaceable)
"Steam-stopper" pads at hinge

Add $50.00 for 5" to 3 " taper
Add $75.00 for 2 lb. density "Dura-foam"
Add $65.00 for 6" to 4" taper
Add $30.00 for double poly wrap on foam inserts
Add $40.00 for full-length steam stopper pad under hinge
Add $10.00 for each additional tie-down strap.
